An Innovative Clinical Network for Optimized, In-home Care with AI-based Patient Engagement

MyndYou Cognitive Technologies, of Israel, and Cosán Group of New Jersey were awarded a BIRD Foundation grant in 2019. In this project, MyndYou developed a voice bot called “MyEleanor” which initiates weekly calls to high-risk patients that use Cosán’s Care Management platform. Based on a proprietary data analytics engine, which detects subtle changes in a patient’s voice, the voice bot identifies anomalies in the health and mental condition of the patient and generates alerts. Through the integrated platform, HIPAA-compliant alerts, transcripts and actionable data are sent to care teams, which provides them with the information they need to follow up and focus their efforts on those members who need them the most.
