Free Hot Water
Free Hot Water (San Jose, CA) and TIGI (Israel) received BIRD funding to develop and implement TIGI’s unique solar energy collector that collects and heats water more efficiently and quickly even during cold seasons. Combining TIGI’s transparent insulation collector technology with the system know-how of Free Hot Water, the two companies designed a commercial solar thermal system to bring a better performing, lower cost and environmentally-friendly solution to the agricultural market. The system can be easily integrated into a farm’s existing infrastructure and can be remotely supported and monitored.
