The round table discussion at the Eilat Eilot Energy Conference 2012 is being organized by the BIRD Foundation. It will focus on a vision for smart cities and its effect on energy efficiency and energy renewable policy.

The round table discussion will showcase different model solutions currently being employed, and discuss which new energy policies should be adapted in Israel among cities and municipalities to promote the implementation of energy efficiency and renewable technologies.
Finally, participants will discuss how to engage the various stakeholders in these initiatives
